SPACE CRIME: Convicted felon Takafumie Horie, who was released from prison in March 2013 after serving 21 months for falsifying records, has filed suit against the Robert A. and Virginia Heinlein Prize Trust, as well as against Art Dula, the literary executor of the late Robert Heinlein. Horie claims that he invested $49 million with Dura to acquire four Russian space capsules and two Russian space stations. According to the suit filed by Horie's attorney, the Russian capsules were "museum pieces" that could not be refurbished and made flight worthy.
